This role does NOT involve frameworks like AngularJS, Next.js, MUI, etc..Must-Have Technical Skills:Strong recent experience with React 18 + TypeScriptNo usage of Next.js or similar frameworksSolid hands-on experience with Redux and Redux-SagaFamiliarity with Redux Toolkit is okay, but we mainly use classic ReduxExperience building basic UI components (buttons, dropdowns, etc.) from scratchNo 3rd-party component librariesStrong knowledge of styled-components or @emotion/styledIncluding advanced styling like themes, responsive design, etc.Familiar with React Router (v6) for data routing (nice to have)Experience with mono repositories (NX workspace is a big plus).Soft Skills Required:Excellent communication skillsShould be able to explain their code, logic, and decisions clearlyGood understanding of software architecture and engineering best practicesAble to think about long-term impacts of their decisionsShould show ownership and independence in their work.
