Job Summary
Salary Range: $39.00- $97.49. Pay is based on experience.
- Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. Acts in lead capacity to other nursing staff.

Essential Functions
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
- Administer medication to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff.
- Demonstrates best practices for staff to follow.
- May participate on teams or perform special projects/assignments.
Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse (RN - State License) - Generic - HR Only required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Generic - HR Only preferred Basic Life Support (BLS Certification) - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) - Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) preferred Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
- Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
