The Lead Quality RN is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients' clinical needs, and ensuring safe and competent nursing care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to take on a leadership position within a collaborative healthcare environment.

What You'll Do
- Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients' clinical decision-making.
- Ensure nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner.
- Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate care for groups of patients.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medication to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.
- Demonstrate best practices for staff to follow.
- Participate on teams or perform special projects/assignments.
Requirements
Education:- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required
- Current RN License in New Hampshire required
- ACLS preferred
- BLS certification preferred
- OCN preferred
- NALS preferred
- PALS preferred
