My client is a nationally recognized data center owner/developer seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead large-scale, data center projects in Dallas, Texas.
With over 80+ sites across the US, this is a great opportunity for a technically strong and highly organized data center project leader to oversee the full lifecycle of data center delivery on a hyperscale campus with an industry leader .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent data center construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to design standards.
- Oversee RFP development, cost forecasting, change management, and reporting using platforms such as Procore, MS Project, and Excel.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead value-engineering initiatives to drive schedule and cost efficiency across major greenfield and phased expansion projects.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure successful commissioning and turnover to operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing data center construction projects as an owner, owner’s representative, or general contractor.
- Strong understanding of building systems, MEP design, and power infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management and construction software including Procore, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
