Job TitlePrimary Responsibilities:Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team MembersCollect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shiftEnsure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance TechniciansEnsure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance TechniciansResponsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselvesAssist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shiftEnsure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machinesIf Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothlyQualifications:Attention to DetailHighest Level of CommunicationAbility to give work instructions to all single serve teammatesWillingness to train and further knowledge of Machine OperationsAbility to improve performance of production equipment and obtain highest levels of efficiency and low levels of production wasteAbility to train and give constructive criticism to further personnel knowledge of machineryCollect data for daily reporting to upper level managementHigh school diploma or GEDMicrosoft Office Experience.Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled
