Sodexo is seeking a Lead Production Cook to oversee daily food production in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this role, you will prepare and cook high-volume, quality meals that meet Sodexo and client standards, ensuring food safety, accurate portions, and on-time service. You will lead line and prep staff, organize production schedules, monitor inventory and waste, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
Working closely with the Chef/Manager, you’ll help implement menus, support training, and model Sodexo’s commitment to service, diversity, and safety while growing your career in professional food service.
