We are an EOS company that is looking for someone who exudes our core values of passion, perseverance, innovation, customer-driven and global family.Job Summary: The Lead Production Assembly Associate will customize and update instruments to meet our customers' requirements.Responsibilities/Duties:Assemble ATEQ TPMS hand tool kitsUpdate tools with ATEQ servers and Wi-FI.Ensure production standards are metPrepare tools for shippingGathers and arranges materialsEncourage and enforce safe working conditionsComputerize records/documentsMonitor every stage of production to avoid product defectsMaterial handlingReceiving in Products into the system along with Putting away in respectful areasAssist Warehouse Manager with Inventory Counts and AuditsMonitor Production line items to notify buyer when getting low on suppliesCovering Sales Admin when on vacation (emails to customers, processing orders, Etc)Quality Management of items going out the door to customers after assemblies have been completed.Required Skills/Abilities:Associates or Bachelors degree RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent MS Office Suite skill-setExcellent time management skillsPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing at the production line.
