Advanced training in statistics, predictive analytics, business intelligence or a related field is preferred.Experience RequirementsThis position typically requires 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in manufacturing or product quality environments. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:Proven track record of influencing business decisions through data insightsExperience supporting quality systems, warranty analysis, or field performance analytics strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and lead cross-functional initiativesProven expertise with various quantitative techniques, data formats, and methodologiesData Visualization: Power BI, TableauData Processing: SQL, Alteryx, Python, RStatistical Methods: Reliability analysis (Weibull), regression, hypothesis testingData Platforms: Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systemsDemonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teamsExperience presenting to senior leadership and driving actionable outcomesAbility to translate complex analytics into clear business narrativesGeneral knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, machining, welding) a plusThe pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role.
