We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives, including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney!The Data Governance team within Disney Data Products & Platforms is responsible for the strategies, policies, data solutions, and tools, that enable data trust in Disney Experience. This team defines what good looks like, building the operating model to enforce it, and creating the solutions that make data use possible at the scale of one of the world's most recognized brands. If you're a product leader who wants your roadmap to have real organizational consequence — and who thrives at the intersection of technical depth, business accountability, and cross-functional influence — this is the team to build with.The Lead Product Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Governance Strategy.What You'll Do:Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined product area, ensuring clarity of vision, goals, and measurable outcomesDefine and maintain product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for your domainDrive cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, marketing, and business stakeholdersLead solution definition and delivery for complex features or workflows, balancing technical feasibility and user valueOversee product integrations, architectural considerations, and system dependenciesGuide development of cross-platform applications and system-to-system experiencesUse research, experimentation, and KPI analysis to inform prioritization and product decisionsIdentify systemic issues, partner on solutions, and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and usabilityCreate and refine personas, customer journeys, and value frameworks; lead advanced analysis of product metricsCollaborate with engineering teams on technical strategy, solution testing, and implementation plansChampion use of innovative digital technologies to unlock new customer valueBuild depth in product domains, technology areas, and customer segmentsLead in Governance strategy, compliance and tools, driving innovation and excellence in product developmentContribute to the estimation and planning of complex and scalable projects, including budget considerationsStay informed about emerging technologies and trends to provide well-reasoned product recommendationsCreate and deliver compelling, high-quality presentations for diverse audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive key initiativesRequired Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of related work experienceExperience with multiple development methodologies, especially Scrum and Agile variantsFamiliar with Data Catalogs, Metadata Management, Access Management tools (i.e.

Sailpoint), Data Anomaly management tools (i.e. Datadog), and motivated to expand technical expertiseSkilled in leading a product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomesStrong competency in evaluating trade-offs across user value, technical constraints, and business impactExperience driving complex features, integrations, or cross-system solutionsEstablished depth in a domain or technology area that informs product directionPreferred Qualifications:Basic knowledge of Public Cloud Technologies like AWSUnderstanding of data pipeline challenges and solutionsUnderstanding of Agile technical practices, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)Previous experience with JIRA, Airtable, or similar toolsRequired Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experiencePreferred Education: Master's degree and/or equivalent work experienceThe hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $145,000 - $194,400, in Glendale, CA is $152,200 - $204,100 per year, in Seattle, WA is $159,500 - $213,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
