Lead Product Manager, Creative - Creator and Ecosystem (Multiple Positions)Location: San JoseEmployment Type: RegularJob Code: A ResponsibilitiesLead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven creator marketplace products, services, or features by understanding the needs of product users.Define the business's role and strategy in influencer marketing, delivering product enhancement and innovation that maximizes long term growth of the creator ecosystem.Develop an in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creator) for advertising creatives to identify and execute product improvements and drive adoption and retention.Collaborate with ecosystem partners, such as influencer marketing agencies, API partners, and talent agencies, to help promote TikTok creator marketing products.Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership.Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, or sales teams) to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals.Mentor junior- and mid-level team members.QualificationsMust have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Analytics, Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI estimate, and revenue generation; Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys to validate and analyze customers'/users' needs; Designing A/B tests to run experiments and confirm the potential impact of new product feature and designing business value metrics to track feature performance; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 50%.
