Lead Product Manager

Serve as a strategic and operational partner to a senior product leader, driving execution, organizational alignment, and business effectiveness. Manage executive operations including budget oversight, travel, expenses, reporting, and priority tracking while maintaining visibility into key commitments and stakeholder relationships

This is a long term contract (potential to hire) that is hybrid 3 days onsite in Chicago

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the executive, helping drive priorities, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage executive operations, including travel, expenses, budget tracking, and recurring business reporting.
• Track and manage leadership priorities, commitments, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability and execution.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, fostering strong relationships across teams and leadership groups.
• Synthesize information from multiple stakeholders to identify themes, risks, opportunities, and organizational trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives, business leaders, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong product management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and execute tactically.
• Experience building relationships and working effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Pay rate around 70-100/hr
