This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to drive strategic goals, make a meaningful impact, and grow in a highly collaborative environment.Essential Functions:Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority to achieve business objectivesExperience managing large, complex product initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or directionExperience in communicating with leadership and executive leadership regarding matters of importance to the productExperience in implementing strategic goals established by leadershipProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to obtain a US security clearanceQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.Preferred Additional Skills:Knowledge of Maestro and ExperienceGMLRS and PAC-3 ExperienceExperience in DoW Contract ExecutionStrong prioritization and decision-making skillsAdaptability in a fast-paced, changing environmentKnowledge of Lean manufacturing (Green Belt Certified)Analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions#LI-WN1
