Owning the end-to-end procurement process, the full-time Lead Procurement Specialist will manage sourcing strategies and day-to-day purchasing for infrastructure and networking hardware in a remote capacity, ensuring timely delivery for compute deployments. Key responsibilities Lead procurement for networking infrastructure, including hardware, optics, and cabling Partner with Legal to negotiate and execute agreements related to various procurement categories Develop sourcing strategies for constrained components and manage inbound logistics for category freight and delivery sequencing Required qualifications Deep experience in direct procurement or strategic sourcing for technically complex hardware or infrastructure Strong understanding of supplier management, lead times, and supply continuity for constrained components Experience managing CapEx purchasing and executing against complex infrastructure deployment plans Able to translate engineering requirements into clear sourcing strategies Experience in data centers, networking infrastructure, or capital-intensive technical environments is preferred
