Lead Primary Care Provider — Patient-Centered, Community Health

TrueCare in Oceanside La Mission Office seeks providers to deliver high-quality primary care to underserved communities. The role includes a 1:4 Saturday Clinic rotation, leadership opportunities, and collaboration with clinicians across 18 locations.

You will see patients in efficient 20-minute blocks, coordinate care with a 2:1 MA to provider ratio, and use OCHIN’s EPIC EMR platform to streamline workflows. California license and DEA are required; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
