Healthcare United is seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to join an established Dayton, Ohio practice. This full-time outpatient role features a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with direct patient care and clinical leadership within a team-based care model.
The Lead PCP will manage an assigned patient panel, mentor physicians and APPs, support preventive care and population health initiatives, and participate in care planning and quality metrics.
