Lead Plant Engineering: Build & Run a Ground-Up Chem Plant

Pave Talent seeks a senior engineering leader to build and run a new capacity expansion for a global specialty chemicals company in West Haven, CT. You own the engineering from design through commissioning and will build the site’s technical backbone while growing the engineering team.

You will solve complex process and equipment challenges on site, set standards, lead capital projects, and drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost improvements in a hands‑on, on‑site role.
