Lead Penetration Tester

To support a high-impact engagement, the fully remote Lead Penetration Tester will develop and execute penetration testing campaigns, simulate multi-phase attack chains, and create custom exploits across various IT environments for a project lasting approximately 12-15 weeks. Key responsibilities Develop and execute penetration testing campaigns targeting various infrastructure devices Create custom exploits and simulate realistic multi-phase attack chains Document findings and provide defensive recommendations post-exercise Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or red team operations Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP frameworks Proficiency in scripting and automation using multiple languages Experience with offensive security tools such as Metasploit and Cobalt Strike Ability to document complex attacks for both technical and non-technical audiences
