We're seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about pediatric care and excited to contribute beyond their individual caseload. This unique role combines direct therapy services, mentorship of fellow clinicians, and community engagement initiatives that help expand access to care.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership

• Provide evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients
• Support evidence-based clinical practices
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, educators, allied professionals, and families

Team Development

• Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and assistants
• Assist with onboarding and clinical training initiatives
• Promote clinical excellence and consistency

Community Growth

• Develop relationships with referral partners and community organizations
• Support developmental screenings and outreach events
• Help identify opportunities to expand pediatric speech and language services
