Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Payroll Data Analyst will solve client analytics problems, develop experimental design approaches, and analyze data patterns while supporting Pacific Standard Time hours. Key responsibilities Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining, calculating, and validating metrics and algorithms Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including data reports and interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify key business needs and developing analysis plans Required qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in payroll analytics is required Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and Alteryx is highly preferred Strong skills in SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI are acceptable if Alteryx experience is lacking Experience with Oracle OACS is preferred
