Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Payroll Analyst will solve client analytics problems, develop experimental design approaches, and provide ongoing tracking and monitoring of decision systems while supporting PST hours. Key responsibilities Execute creative data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes by defining, calculating, and validating metrics and algorithms Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including data reports and interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports Drive strategic data-informed decisions by consulting with clients to identify key business needs and developing analysis plans Required qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in payroll analytics is required Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll and Alteryx is highly preferred Strong SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI experience is acceptable if Alteryx is teachable Experience with Oracle OACS is preferred
