Current - A Christian Church in Katy, TX is seeking a Lead Pastor to guide a healthy transition over 3–6 months. You will work closely with our departing Lead Pastor and the Elder Team during the overlap, then lead with vision and confidence once the transition is complete.
You will preach regularly (40–45 times a year), shepherd staff, and collaborate with elders in governance while focusing on evangelistic outreach in our local mission field within our 900‑member weekly congregation.
