Description
The ACI Coatings Caldwell Branch is new to Boise and we are looking for 2 strong painters to come aboard as Lead Painters and help bring excellent quality and service to the people of Boise. These two people should have 5+ years of residential painting experience. Airless pump proficiency and maintenance experience required. All other tools except personal grip will be supplied.

Lead Painter Job Description:
ESSENTIAL GOALS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
All Items listed below are in addition to the requirements for an Apprentice.
SAFETY

• Complete basic safety training certifications listed for Apprentices.
• Become an ambassador for Safety & promote awareness in others. Obtain OSHA 30 Certification & meet all deadline requirements for Safety Paperwork & Incident Reporting.

ACI PRIDE & SERVICE

• Become a company representative for organization, preparedness, price & service in all categories.

ACOUNTABILITY

• Quality Control all of your personal work & that of your team. Maintain excellent attendance.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & DAILY DELIVERABLES

• TOOLS: Be highly effective & efficient with an airless sprayer, sanders, drills & other various tools.
• COATINGS: Know the right product for the right job. Understand the basics of color therapy & have an advanced knowledge of all primers, Int/Ext paints & stains, & all basic base types.
• SPRAYERS: Advanced knowledge of sprayers & basic equipment repair & maintenance.

ACI QUALITY

• PREP: Set up all job sites with necessary equipment & supplies & do so, quickly & routinely.
• JOB BREAKDOWN: Thorough clean the job site & break down a sprayer to the ball.
• MARKET SEGMENT EXPERT: Residential Repairs, Small Commercial & Small Industrial
• APPLICATION: Cut & roll 300 sq-ft/hour, brush & roll doors, roll high gloss smooth wall, spray & back-roll interior, properly trim out exterior, basics of spraying an interior, basics of log home chinking & staining, advanced Int/Ext stain techniques, & paint & stain fiberglass doors.

Salary Description
$25-$32/Hour DOE
