E-Frontiers is partnering with a Fortune 500 global technology leader – a household name operating in more than 200 countries – to hire a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst for its strategic Financial Systems team in Westchester County, NY (hybrid). The team owns and runs the company's core financial applications – Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Oracle Financials – supporting the business worldwide. In this role you'll be the functional and technical expert on the planning and reporting platforms: shaping solutions, building hands-on, leading initiatives (including cloud migration), and supporting production. You'll work with FP&A, Tax, HR and Technology, with high visibility to senior Finance leadership including the CFO.
Translate business requirements into scalable financial-system solutions across budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, allocations and management reporting * Design, develop, test, deploy and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Oracle EPM Cloud applications * Build and maintain allocation models, business rules, calc scripts, data integrations, security and multidimensional databases * Develop reporting in Financial Reporting and Smart View * Lead or contribute to end-to-end EPM implementations, enhancements and on-prem-to-cloud migrations – from requirements through deployment, training and hypercare * Lead small-to-medium projects and coordinate onsite, offshore and third-party teams, managing vendors against SLAs and KPIs * Monitor and tune environments, troubleshoot issues and improve performance and user experience * Create documentation and training, and build trusted relationships with business partners
7+ years of hands-on Hyperion / Oracle EPM experience in complex, global environments * Strong development and support experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase * A lead or significant role in at least one full-cycle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementation * Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) and cloud-migration experience – strongly preferred * Solid grasp of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, allocations, profitability and management reporting * Bonus: FDMEE/Data Management, DRM, EPMA; Hyperion/Essbase/EPM Cloud certification, PMP or Six Sigma * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
