We are looking for a strong Oracle ERP Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Delivery Architect who is available to join immediately, quickly integrate into the project, and take full ownership of the work from day one.

Lead Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management Consultant. This individual will excel at delivering high‑quality service and cutting‑edge solutions to customers in the Oracle community.

The PPM functional consultant is expected to have deep expertise implementing Oracle Cloud PPM applications, with 2+ full end-to-end implementations completed . This role guides and assists clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud PPM implementation — defining business requirements, designing/configuring the system solution, and supporting system validation, go‑live, and post‑production support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as industry expert on PPM business process and best practices
• Consult with clients on cost‑effective solutions to business scenarios
• Work collaboratively with project team and client stakeholders to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions
• Refine and document customer requirements in detail for client approval
• Apply creative, innovative approaches to resolving implementation/integration obstacles
• Analyze current systems/data to identify enhancement needs
• Develop unit test scripts; coordinate UAT with client
• Work directly with Oracle to resolve service requests
• Lead and direct full system lifecycle: requirements gathering (business process workshops), analysis/design/configuration/development, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and UAT, go‑live prep and cutover support, post‑production support

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10–12 years as an Oracle Functional consultant, including 3+ years implementing/supporting Oracle Cloud PPM projects and upgrades
• Certified Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant — certification must be within the last 2 years
• Strong consulting and business analytical skills: requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, business process design, CRP management, functional configuration, procurement ERP testing
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple concurrent assignments
• Senior enough to independently handle client expectations
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to lead full SDLC: analysis, design, configuration, programming, unit testing
• Strong documentation and knowledge‑transfer skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
