Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid drivers license with clean MVR
- Customer service
- Weekend Availability
- 1 year+ Security Experience
- CT Guard Card
Responsibilities
The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. The role includes observing and reporting activities and incidents, providing direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts, preserving order, and enforcing regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
