Lead Offensive Security Engineer

CVS Health is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the Offensive Operations tooling ecosystem, owning development, integration and standards across the program. You will work hands-on, directing adversary emulation and complex red team engagements while mentoring operators and ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes.

This role partners with security, engineering and threat intel teams to translate findings into stronger defenses and align offensive capabilities with enterprise priorities.
