Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily medical unit operations
- Provide direct patient care while supervising nursing workflows
- Mentor and support nursing staff to foster teamwork and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Advocate for patients, ensuring ethical standards and proper documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid LPN or RN licensure
- Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to balance hands-on care with team oversight in a structured environment
