You take a proactive approach to problem solving and leverage modern tools—including AI-assisted coding and analysis—to accelerate development, enhance solution quality, and reduce manual effort. You are comfortable leading complex initiatives, guiding technical direction, and partnering across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia.Your day-to-day:Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platformAnalyze business requirements and use a combination of engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools to design efficient, scalable solutionsConfigure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionalityDesign and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logicDevelop, test, and deploy enhancements, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code qualityTroubleshoot system issues, using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes and drive resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processesParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of development practicesOptimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilitiesYou'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field5+ years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS)Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQLExperience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development toolsSolid foundation in object-oriented programmingExperience with VBScript and JavaScriptFamiliarity with RESTful web services and microservices architectureAbility to translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutionsStrong SQL skills and understanding of database structuresProven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutionsStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholdersDemonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and solution designAbility to thoughtfully incorporate AI into development workflows while maintaining strong engineering standards and governanceAI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
