A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in Montana is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to build their new service line. Work amongst a tenured Psychiatry staff while building out the child and adolescent branch and servicing the local community.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a brand-new service line within a tenured organization alongside a collaborative psychiatric team consisting of experienced Adult Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, RNs, PCTs, and more.
- Provide outpatient opportunities – a four-day work week with flexible patient scheduling.
- Teaching opportunities available.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $310,000 plus productivity, quality incentive bonuses, retention bonus, sign-on/relocation.
