Lead Network & Systems AdministratorA growing organization is seeking a Lead Network & Systems Administrator to manage and enhance its infrastructure, networking, and security environment. This role is highly hands-on and will play a key part in improving system reliability, operational maturity, and overall technology performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs)Manage identity and access systems including SSO and endpoint managementProvide advanced troubleshooting and escalation supportMaintain infrastructure documentation and standard processesSupport infrastructure planning, modernization, and scaling effortsPartner with internal teams to improve systems and security postureAssist with security, compliance, and risk management initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in systems and network administrationStrong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)Experience managing infrastructure and enterprise systemsExperience with identity management (SSO, IAM) and endpoint solutionsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in complex or ISP-like network environmentsExperience with MDM tools and cloud platforms (M365, Google Workspace)Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO)Experience with infrastructure automation or modernizationCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 (flexible for strong candidates)Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and VisionWork EnvironmentFull-time, onsite roleHands-on IT and infrastructure environmentHigh ownership and impactLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
