You will supervise Donor Care Technicians, coach staff in phlebotomy processes, and coordinate equipment setup and breakdown to ensure efficient donor experiences.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, an active driver’s license, and the ability to complete CDL training if needed. CDL criteria may apply and travel is required.
