BoxPower is seeking Head of Microgrid Controls to lead the controls platform, starting as an IC and transitioning to a leader who hires and mentors engineers over 12–18 months. You will own architecture, software design, and the evolution of the controls systems powering BoxPower’s microgrids, from FAT to on-site commissioning.
You will integrate AI tools into development, define technical direction, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
