Lead MERN Stack Developer (Software Engineer)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite-Hybrid)

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* 12+ years' experience in the IT industry; demonstrable experience with enterprise scale applications/projects on a similar technology stack.
* Proven experience as a MERN Senior Developer or equivalent.
* Expertise in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, NestJS.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and third‑party API integrations.
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
* Understanding of front‑end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
* Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable and well‑documented code.
* Strong analytical skills.
