We have an urgent role for a MERN Stack developer.
Hybrid: 3 days onsite in the Princeton, NJ office (Tues, Wed, Thurs). Onsite interview is required.
Client is seeking a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, oversee the implementation of web applications, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions, requiring strong technical acumen, leadership abilities, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a development team on MERN stack projects.
- Oversee design, development, and deployment of web applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in software delivery.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a technical lead.
- Experience with enterprise cloud projects using modern technology stack such as MERN.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
