Lead Merchandiser position at Reyes Holdings. Location: Downey, CA.

Shift: Full Time, 4am start time with overtime as needed.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.50 plus mileage reimbursement. Route available: Downey and surrounding communities.

Position Responsibilities

• The Lead Merchandiser will support Merchandising Supervisors by teaching and coaching the Merchandising Team.
• Identify replenishment needs and transport products between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck, and/or utilize hand tools to keep shelves fully stocked at local retail stores.
• Provide customer service to consumers and store team members by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, locating products, and responding to requests for assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• 7 months plus of general work experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
