Lead MEP Superintendent - On-Site Construction Excellence

NexGen, the self-perform arm of Gray Construction, is seeking an MEP Superintendent to join their Franklin, TN-based team. The role involves overseeing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality per project plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage labor, equipment, and costs while maintaining schedule integrity across complex projects.
