Henry Ford Warren Hospital is seeking an RN to join the Med‑Surg Telemetry Unit, a 26‑bed team caring for a diverse adult population requiring telemetry monitoring. You will lead care coordination, document and teach patients and families, and communicate with the care team.
This role includes significant patient care planning and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff. Schedule is Midnight 7p‑7:30a with every other weekend and holidays.
