Job TitleWhat Will You Do In This Job?Work alongside and direct a team responsible with primary responsibility for accepting donations, keeping a well-organized warehouse and moving product for processing or storageProvide and coach for excellent customer serviceWork with store manager to identify and meet the product related needs of the store on a daily basisServe as manager on duty as needed (including the sales floor)Assist with the training and development of new employeesSort product into recycling and storage categoriesOperate a forklift to load and unload materialsOperate a baler (not all locations)Complete cleaning tasks as neededMaintain a clean, organized and safe work siteRegularly conduct and document safety inspectionsActively support efforts to maintain a safe workplaceCompensation And Benefits For Full-Time Work:Starting Rate: $20.00, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases.
