Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.The lead of planning master data is responsible for designing, governing, auditing, and continuously improving the planning master data framework that drives demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory performance.

The role requires deep understanding of how part-level data translates directly into service levels, working capital, and margin performance. This role works with planning, procurement, manufacturing, it, finance, and quality to ensure system accuracy, scalability, and compliance within a regulated environment.Essential functions:Global planning master data governanceErp/mrp system integrity & optimizationPlanning performance enablementNew product introduction & lifecycle managementAnalytics & continuous improvementOrganizational requirements:Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company code of conduct, the advamed code, medtech code, and all other company policies.Ensures compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the united states and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third partiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Qualifications:8–12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, master data governance, or erp/mrp systems within a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device strongly preferred)Deep technical knowledge of:Mrp logic and system behaviorPlanning parameter designBom structures and revision controlCapacity modelingInventory optimization methodologiesHands-on erp experience (sap, oracle, or equivalent) in a multi-site environmentAdvanced excel and data analytics skills; power bi experience strongly preferredExperience with database management, sql, or data extraction tools preferredStrong understanding of fda/iso-regulated environments and change control processesApics (cpim/cscp) certification strongly preferredLean/six sigma experience preferredSystems thinker with exceptional analytical depthHighly detail-oriented with strong process disciplineComfortable challenging assumptions using dataAble to operate independently as a technical authorityStrong cross-functional communicatorThrives in high-accountability, high-growth environmentsAbility to travel 25% of the timePhysical demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Our values:Passionate about innovation: improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
