Lead Hardware Test EngineerAvenue Technologies is seeking a Lead Hardware Test Engineer to support a major U.S. defense contractor.This role supports test planning, troubleshooting, validation, and engineering verification activities.What You'll DoThe Production Test Engineer (PTE) is part of a manufacturing team who supports the test process through one or more phases of the product lifecycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production...PTE validates and ensures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipmentPerforms troubleshooting and problem solving of test failuresIdentifies opportunities in test processes to improve efficiency, yields and capacity. PTE's also support creating Basis of Estimates (BOE) to estimate costs to add additional capacity, new capabilities and equipment obsolescenceThe PTE assures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipmentThe PTE leads projects to reduce testing, improve efficiency, yields, and capacity.
