You will distribute assignments, inform team of projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, and milestones, program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
You will conduct one-on-one training, and answer employee’s questions on procedures, policies, directives, etc.
You will analyze requirements analysis guidance, directives, and policies to determine impact on programs and installations.
You will conduct business case analysis to research and investigate new or improved business and management practices to apply to program and installation management.
You will serve as a SME to support Resource Performance Management and/or Strategic/Business Planning Functions and provide related support to organizational leaders.
