Lead Mammography Technologist- Breast Care Center

Job Summary

The Lead Mammography Technologist is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership within the Breast Care Center. This role ensures high-quality imaging services, regulatory compliance (ACR, MQSA), staff competency, and an exceptional patient-centered experience. The Lead Technologist supports daily operations, workflow efficiency, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Job Details & Requirements

• Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus*

Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period

Typical hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a‑4:30 p

Education

• Associate's degree – required
• Bachelor's degree – preferred

License / Certification

• ARRT (R) and (M) certification – required
• BLS certification – required

Experience

• Minimum eight (8) years of mammography experience – required
• Prior leadership or lead technologist experience – preferred
• Sign on bonus subject to eligibility
