If you have a strong knack for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems and equipment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and facilities.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members to address any issues in a timely manner.Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical circuits, and other mechanical equipment.HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing Certification preferred.Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment to ensure their proper functioning.Help maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs and replacements.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.Assist in the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are in good working order.Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements:Strong knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to effectively troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise.Highly skilled in general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry to ensure the facility is always in optimal condition for our Members.Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks will be essential in managing your workload and completing assignments in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and facilitate future reference.Good communication skills to effectively interact with other team members and address their maintenance-related concerns or requests.Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including following safety protocols and using protective equipment when necessary.Skills:Electrical.Plumbing.HVAC.Carpentry.Problem-solving.Time management.Communication.Attention to detail.Equipment maintenance.Troubleshooting.
