Lead Maintenance TechnicianTarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community in Baytown, TX.The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.Essential Functions:Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely mannerResolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairPrepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvementsMaintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areasProvide residents with outstanding customer serviceRequirements:Previous apartment maintenance experience requiredPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.HVAC (EPA) Certification requiredReliable, organized, and solution-orientedMust have reliable transportationBenefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
