Lead Machine OperatorLead from the floor. Drive production excellence. We are seeking an experienced Lead Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who has a strong background operating manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting machinery, leading teams, and maintaining production efficiency during overnight operations. The successful candidate will spend approximately 85% of their time on the production floor, actively supporting machine operations, assisting operators, monitoring productivity, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are achieved. Shift availability: 7p-7a - 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, averaging 40 hours per week.
