About the Role:

3c Business Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our growing team in Kaysville, UT. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality installations and guide a skilled team on commercial, government, religious & educational projects. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise low voltage cabling installation crews on job sites

Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable

Oversee installation of AV, security, access control, and structured data network systems

Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical schematics

Ensure all work meets industry BICSI standards.

Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on job site progress

Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on low voltage cabling experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role

Proficiency in structured cabling, terminations, and cable testing fluke experience.

Experience with fiber optic splicing and termination preferred

BICSI, OSHA 10, or relevant low voltage certifications a plus

Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Ability to work in various physical environments including attics, crawl spaces, and elevated lifts.

Must have a clean driving records and can pass a pre employment background & drug test.
