Leading high-impact localization initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Localization Operations Program Manager will drive complex programs, enhance technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve localization processes and delivery at scale. Key responsibilities: Own and manage complex, cross-functional localization programs from strategy through execution Translate strategic priorities into executable technical roadmaps while serving as a trusted partner to Localization leadership Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging technology, including AI and machine translation, to enhance localization quality and efficiency Required qualifications: 9+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management with a focus on global, technically complex solutions Deep knowledge in localization and internationalization, including experience with AI-driven localization tools Strong technical fluency with language technology APIs and machine translation pipelines Proven ability to influence technical roadmaps and collaborate with senior leadership Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
