Looking to add to blueplate's team in the kitchen. Looking for strong staff that can multi-task, lead staff when chef is not on duty. Responsibilties include set up of station, working clean, following health department guidlines, and have experience in varied cooking techniques. We are a "farm to table" kitchen...using fresh products directly from the local farms.
