OPEN CALL: Line Cooks, & Prep Cooks for AMORINA CUCINA RUSTICA
We are a busy, cozy, casual restaurant serving excellent Roman style pizza and pasta with a strong focus on true Italian flavors using local ingredients. This is a terrific opportunity for a passionate line cook to manage a small kitchen in collaboration with the executive chef/owner.
Position requires cooking of pasta, sauces, salads, appetizers and charcuterie. In addition to solid existing menu, we are always excited by development of specials and new menu items within broad Italian tradition.
Ideal candidate must be experienced, value-driven, and committed to a great product. Reliability is of utmost importance, and consistency in quality of our product. We are a small staff; maintaining a friendly environment, striving always to exceed customer expectations.
