Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Lead Lifeguard to oversee daily operations at our water park and pool areas. In this role, you’ll supervise lifeguard staff, ensure vigilant surveillance, and respond quickly to any aquatic emergencies. You’ll train and coach team members, conduct safety checks, enforce rules, and support a clean, guest-friendly environment.
Partnering with resort leaders, you’ll help refine procedures, schedule coverage, and model our guest-first, tribal value–driven culture while maintaining the highest safety and service standards.
